George Sodini, At a suburban “LA Fitness” gym on the outer edge of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania US, a gunman opened fire at around 8:15 pm and in this incidence 3 women and one man are dead. According to the reports nine other people are injured during this attack. According to the police reports, it happened on August 4 on Tuesday and later on he shot himself in the head.A witness told the press that I saw that gunman with a large hole in his head. This man has been identified as George Sodini who was a 48 years old man. There is a thought that George Sodini was also a member of the gym but according to the initial reports, George could not be recognized by any staff member of the gym.
George Sodini has been recognized as a clean shave, bald, short man. At the time of shooting, gym clothes and a black bandana was wearing by him. At around 8:00 am an aerobics dance class was going on in the gym when Sodini walked into the class. There were around twenty women in the class at that time. He was holding a large big in his hands.
As he entered into the class, he turned off the lights, pulled out two guns from his bag and opened fire. Women were hiding behind each other but no use. According to one witness, we could hear only screams and shots. It is also said that in the injured girls, there is also one which is his ex-girlfriend.
